The Crowd

Just watched the startlingly compelling The Crowd, King Vidor's 1928 masterpiece about man's struggle to take his place in the "crowd" of life. This film is still as fresh and poignant today as it was in the 20s. A remarkable slice of life film from Turner Classic Movies. It is now on video!

I should check that out. I'm reading his biography at present and am a Filmmaker that adores the classics.
