Year-round flea marketing, as seen on HGTV...

If you live up North and are sick of snow and ice, here is inspiration for an impromptu trip down South:

As seen today on HGTV , here is a year-round (yes, an amazing concept for us snow-bound nor'easterners!) flea market that is advertised as part of, at least every August, "The World's Longest Yard Sale" (click on the link to see more about this uber-shopping phenomenon). Apparently, the "World's Longest Yard Sale" goes through states like Alabama and Tennessee to who knows where? As the Mountain Top Flea Market website says, it is "rated #1 in the Fairs and Flea Market category by Alabama's Bureau of Tourism and Travel, with over 1.64 MILLION VISITORS in 1995. Open Every Sunday, Year-Round, Rain or Shine, 5 a.m. Until ...? 11301 U.S. Hwy 278 W. Attalla, AL 35954." Happy Hunting!

You can see a video of this awesome flea market here: Market Top Flea Market TV.

I also look forward to warm air marketing. Right now I have to contend my wardrobe to local swap shops and antique stores, altho I am living in 1955 none of the dept stores seem to exist, strange...
